The Role:
- Providing administrative support to management: Assisting your manager with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence, ensuring your time is effectively managed and operational tasks are completed smoothly
- Maintaining company records and CRM systems: Ensuring that all company records, both physical and digital, are up-to-date, organised, and easily accessible. Managing CRM systems to track customer interactions and client information accurately
- Accurate and thorough documentation: Taking responsibility for ensuring that all documents, including contracts, reports, and communications, are recorded meticulously and in compliance with business standards
- Providing high-level customer service internally and externally: Delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients, addressing queries promptly, resolving issues efficiently and fostering positive relationships
The Person:
- You hold exceptional admin skills and feel confident on databases/systems with the willingness to learn
- You have at least 1 years’ experience in an administration position
- You are a team player, and enjoy supporting others to achieve success
