The Role:
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale refurbishment project.
- Manage project teams, site management, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive health, safety and compliance across all site activities.
