The Role:

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale refurbishment project.
• Manage project teams, site management, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Drive health, safety and compliance across all site activities.

The Person:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate site and project teams.
