The Role
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors in the Conveyancing and Probate team
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Assist with title checks, due diligence, and property matters
- Prepare documentation and papers for court where required
- Maintain and manage case files, both digital and hard copy
- Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Support billing, time recording, and general office administration
The Person
- Experience in Conveyancing and Probate is essential
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a busy legal environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
