The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors
- Draft, format, and prepare legal correspondence and documents
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- Handle post, scanning, filing, and document management
- Maintain an organised and professional reception area
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations
The Person
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Receptionist, or Administrator within a professional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
