The Role
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
- Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documentation
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination
- Maintain and organise case files and legal records
- Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner
- Handle billing, document management, and general office administration
- Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a busy legal environment
- Excellent organisational and document production skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
