The Role

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documentation
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain and organise case files and legal records
  • Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner
  • Handle billing, document management, and general office administration
