We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector, who are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to take ownership of high-volume hiring across operational teams, supporting business growth and workforce planning.
The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent across production and warehouse functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while driving efficiency and compliance across recruitment processes.

The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across production and warehouse teams
- Support workforce planning and headcount requirements in line with business needs
- Advertise roles across job boards, social media and recruitment platforms
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate onboarding, including contracts, documentation and inductions
- Ensure compliance with right to work checks and recruitment processes
- Maintain and update HR systems and applicant tracking systems
- Provide regular recruitment reports, data insights and campaign analysis
- Attend recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to plan start dates and workforce requirements
- Support general HR administration and maintain accurate employee records
The Person
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns within a production/customer service environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
- Experience using HR systems, ATS or recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Drivers license and access to transport
