We are working on behalf of a leading Dublin-based law firm to recruit a Trade Mark Attorney to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property team.
This Trade Mark Attorney role has arisen due to continued growth within the team and offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, international matters. The successful Trade Mark Attorney will gain exposure to managing global trade mark portfolios across a wide range of sectors, including technology, life sciences, consumer goods and energy.

The Role
As a Trade Mark Attorney, you will:
- Prepare and file trade marks with EUIPO, IPOI and WIPO
- Advise on trade mark filings and prosecution matters
- Manage Irish, EU and global trade mark portfolios
- Conduct trade mark searches and manage watches
- Handle oppositions, cancellations and revocations
- Support trade mark due diligence processes
- Liaise with international agents on global filings
- Maintain and manage trade mark databases
The Person
- Qualified Irish Trade Mark Agent or European Trade Mark & Designs Attorney (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in trade marks
- Experience with trade mark databases (e.g. WebTMS or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working within a team
