Opportunity Summary
Hunter Savage is working with a leading offshore law firm to appoint a Senior Associate – Corporate Funds into its Tier 1 corporate team in Jersey. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate – Corporate Funds seeking exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional work within a high-performing and collaborative environment. The role offers access to premium international clients and a clear pathway for progression, alongside a more balanced and sustainable working model than traditional London practice.

Practice Focus
The Senior Associate – Corporate Funds will play a key role in advising on sophisticated cross-border transactions, often involving multiple advisors and stakeholders. Work will include M&A, corporate restructurings, the formation of investment vehicles (including funds and incentive structures), and debt and equity financing. You will lead on complex matters while working closely with a highly regarded corporate team known for delivering exceptional technical advice across jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate, M&A and/or funds

• Background in a leading UK, Irish or international firm preferred

• Experience managing or supporting multi-jurisdictional transactions

• Strong technical, analytical and numerical skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively

• Motivated to build a long-term offshore career
