The Role:
- Provide full administrative support to conveyancing solicitors
- Prepare and manage legal documents for residential and commercial property transactions
- Maintain accurate client files and case management systems
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to progress matters efficiently
- Assist with reporting, billing, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
- Support the conveyancing team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Person:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary, with conveyancing exposure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
