The Role

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to partners and solicitors within the Litigation team

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
-
Manage diaries, meetings, and court-related deadlines
-
Assist with preparing legal bundles and documentation for hearings
-
Liaise with clients, counsel, and court offices as required
-
Support with billing, time recording, and general case administration
-
Maintain organised files and ensure efficient document management
The Person
-
3+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary within litigation
-
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court documentation
-
Excellent typing, document formatting, and organisational skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
