The Role:
As a Financial Services Solicitor, you will:
- Advise on a broad range of transactional banking and financial services matters
- Draft, negotiate, and review finance documentation including loan agreements, security packages, and facility agreements
- Support senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the financial services sector
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the banking practice
The Person:
The ideal Financial Services Solicitor will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in financial services or transactional banking law
- Strong technical knowledge of banking and finance transactions
- Experience in a reputable law firm environment, ideally with exposure to cross-border work
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
- Ambition to grow within a high-performing, collaborative team
