  • Workforce restructuring and redundancies

  • Employment support on corporate transactions

  • Senior executive appointments and terminations

  • Complex disputes and WRC representation

  • Workplace investigations

  • Outsourcing

  • Global mobility

  • Incentives and benefits

  • Policies and HR documentation

  • Protection of confidential information

The Dublin team is growing and works closely with employment specialists across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, offering genuine international exposure.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Support on advisory, transactional and contentious employment matters

  • Assist with cross-border coordination and compliance projects

  • Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions

  • Represent clients before the Workplace Relations Commission

  • Contribute to business development initiatives

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–4 years’ PQE in employment law

  • Strong academic background

  • Experience gained in a large domestic or international firm

  • A commercial and solution-focused mindset

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior employment solicitor looking to broaden their exposure and develop within a growing, international platform.
