We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish corporate law firm, seeking a talented Tax Lawyer to join their Dublin team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering advisory and transactional tax services across a broad range of complex, high-value matters.

The Role:

  • Advise on international tax and cross-border planning, including corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland.

  • Work on mergers, acquisitions, demergers and IPOs.

  • Handle tax controversy and transfer pricing matters.

  • Advise on capital markets, structured finance and private equity transactions.

  • Provide tax input on asset and project finance, including aircraft and equipment finance.

  • Support on real estate tax matters.

  • Engage directly with high-profile domestic and international clients across multiple sectors.

The Person:

  • 2–5 years’ PQE within a corporate law firm, with strong tax exposure.

  • Qualified lawyer with a professional tax or accounting qualification.

  • Commercially minded with strong technical and drafting ability.

  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
