We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Irish commercial law firm with a strong reputation in infrastructure, development and public sector projects. The firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) to join its growing Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, development-led real estate matters, advising on high-profile infrastructure, renewable energy and large-scale development projects. The successful candidate will gain exposure to advisory, transactional and project-based property work within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

The Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

Advising on property aspects of large-scale infrastructure and development projects

Acting on acquisitions, disposals and site assembly for public and private sector clients

Supporting renewable energy and social infrastructure developments

Advising on title, due diligence and development-related property issues
-
Working closely with Projects, Construction and Banking teams on multi-disciplinary matters
The Person

Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with experience in commercial property

Strong interest in development and infrastructure-led real estate work

Detail-oriented with excellent drafting and organisational skills

Commercially aware and comfortable working within collaborative project teams
