We are hiring for a key player in the FMCG industry, who are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support for their busy centre in Lisburn. This role offers exposure to a variety of tasks in finance, customer accounts, and cross-department collaboration.

The Role:

  • Maintain customer price and product files on a daily basis
  • Support the finance team in resolving process issues and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure data accuracy for promotions, pricing, and product listings
  • Create new customer accounts in line with business terms and conditions
  • Ensure all month-end processes are completed in line with cut-off dates
  • Generate month-end reports and customer statements
  • Work with the IT team to resolve system issues and improve process efficiencies
  • Provide support to the Field Sales Team and liaise with third-party logistics companies

The Person – What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an administration or accounts administration role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Analytical competency and strong organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-based approach
  • Understanding of how IT systems integrate with finance to improve processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
