We are hiring for our client, a leading company in Monaghan Town, seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm, providing a fantastic work-life balance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of electrical systems and machinery, contributing to the smooth operations of the site. The position offers an attractive salary package of €54,000-€56,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities.

The Role:
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, minimizing downtime.
- Work closely with the operations team to implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Support machinery installation and upgrades when required.
- Comply with safety standards and ensure the workplace remains compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.
The Person:
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance engineering, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. Electrical Engineering or a related discipline).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
