The Role

  • Provide full support to solicitors in the Litigation team

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents

  • Manage case files, court filings, and discovery tasks

  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders

  • Assist with diary management, billing, and general administration

 

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Legal Executive in litigation is essential

  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and case management

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail with strong document drafting abilities
