Commercial Property Solicitor
We are currently assisting a leading law firm in Dublin who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2 – 4 years PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Role Overview:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. This will include providing advice on sales, purchases, leases, and agreements, as well as managing statutory notices and conducting research on property-related issues. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development within the Property Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property clients.

Provide timely, quality legal advice across sales, purchases, leases, and agreements.

Draft statutory notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Conduct legal research and prepare advice on property-related matters.

Be involved in business development activities for the Property Team.
About You:

2 – 4 years PQE in commercial property law.

Strong experience in drafting complex lease, acquisition, and disposal agreements.

Commercially aware with excellent client service skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.

Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
