Our Client is a well established, award winning employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites. As a result of continued success, they wish to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR activities at their Cookstown site.
The successful HR Advisor will be a key member of the established HR function, providing expert advice on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, recruitment, and company policies.

The Role:
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR training.
- Ensure that all activities respect confidentiality at all times.
The Person:
- CIPD qualified
- 2-3+ years’ experience in HR, ideally within a fast paced, manufacturing or production led environment.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Flexible to travel across various sites and have access to your own transport.
