Our Client is a well established, award winning employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites.  As a result of continued success, they wish to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR activities at their Cookstown site. 

 

The successful HR Advisor will be a key member of the established HR function, providing expert advice on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, recruitment, and company policies.

The Role:

  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training.
  • Ensure that all activities respect confidentiality at all times.

 

The Person:

  • CIPD qualified
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in HR, ideally within a fast paced, manufacturing or production led environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Flexible to travel across various sites and have access to your own transport.
