We are hiring on behalf of a growing financial services company who are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Operations Administrator to support their operations, sales, and senior management teams in Ireland, through an exciting new phase of growth. Top 3 Things to Know About this Operations Administrator Job:
- 1 day a week in the Belfast Office (parking available)
- €32,000 - €36,000 depending on experience
- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
The Role – Operations Administrator
- Provide administrative support to operations, sales and senior management teams
- Manage client, broker, and accountant communication in a professional manner
- Handle email inbox management, ensuring prompt action and follow-up
- Answer and route telephone calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Support the team in compliance and data protection best practice
- Contribute to wider project work and participate in cross-functional activities
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as directed by Line Manager or Directors
- Take part in training to build strong understanding of all operational processes
The Person – What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a finance-focused environment
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to follow instruction and work well both independently and in a team
Desirable:
- Understanding of reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a financial services office
