We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. They are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join their Health & Prosecutions team. This is a permanent role with an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic team. The Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in a team that handles its own advocacy, providing a unique perspective in case preparation and client advice. You will:

Advise on healthcare law, child protection law, and regulatory prosecutions.

Deliver tailored legal training, workshops, and webinars for professionals.

Represent various statutory authorities, including child protection agencies, healthcare providers, and local authorities.

Take a hands-on approach in advocacy, with the potential for court appearances.
The Person:

Experience: 4+ PQE in a related practice area, with a strong background in litigation, child protection, healthcare law, or prosecutions.

Qualifications: Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England, or Wales.

Skills: A team player, able to collaborate with multiple teams across the firm. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver legal training when required.

Advocacy: Experience in court advocacy is preferred but not essential.
