The Role –Paralegal

• Provide high-quality support across a range of litigation or conveyancing matters
• Assist in case file preparation, drafting legal documentation, and client correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarise findings for solicitor/partner use
• Liaise with courts, clients, and third parties regarding ongoing matters
• Maintain accurate case management records and support with document bundling
• Attend internal meetings and contribute to legal project timelines and administration
• Be a trusted and reliable resource for the legal team, contributing to smooth matter progression

The Person – What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working as a paralegal in a legal practice
• Strong legal drafting, research, and document-handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident dealing with clients, colleagues, and external parties professionally
• Strong IT and case management system skills
• A team player with a genuine interest in developing long-term expertise in a paralegal capacity
