Full-Time / Permanent / hybrid working (3 office/ 2 WFH)

We are hiring for our client in Newry, a leading global manufacturer, with a strong reputation for innovation, quality and reliability. Due to continued success and expansion, they wish to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to their well established, professional team.
As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high performing organisation in a senior-level HR generalist role, supporting leadership and shaping people strategy across the business.

The Role:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR plans aligned with business priorities
- Lead on talent management, organisational development, and performance planning
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession development, and change management
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers
- Address HR challenges and identify proactive solutions to support business goals
- Support implementation of people development initiatives and capability building
The Person:
Essential:
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5+ years’ HR/people management experience within a fast paced, manufacturing/production led environment OR large scale organisation which has undergone significant change and growth
- Solid expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at senior level
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adapt in a dynamic business environment
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
