Location: Monaghan

Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 plus benefits

 

Due to continued success, our client, a dynamic, multi-site engineering organisation wishes to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their Monaghan office.  

 

This is a new, permanent HR Advisor role offering an attractive salary and benefits. 

The successful Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver a high performing, employee focused HR service

 The Role:

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law (ROI and/or NI)
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns and support onboarding
  • Coordinate training and development activities and contribute to wider L&D strategy
  • Assist in implementing HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture-building activities
  • Deliver accurate HR reporting and contribute to strategic HR projects

 

 The Person:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experienced in managing ER casework
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
