Corporate and M&A Solicitor
We are working with a top-tier commercial law firm in Dublin that is expanding its Corporate team and seeking Associate Solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across high-profile domestic and international M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the energy and renewables sector.
You’ll join a partner-led team that collaborates closely across energy, infrastructure and corporate disciplines to deliver commercially focused solutions on major deals and advisory projects.

The Role
As a Corporate Associate, you will:
• Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of M&A and corporate transaction documents
• Work on the acquisition, development and financing of large-scale energy projects
• Manage elements of deals and due diligence with the right level of partner support
• Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Support wider energy and infrastructure transactions, including renewables (wind, solar, battery and biomass)
• Contribute to business development, legal education, and team initiatives
The Person
We are seeking candidates who have:
• 1–4 years’ PQE with relevant experience in corporate/M&A, ideally including exposure to the energy or infrastructure sectors
• Strong drafting and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in energy-focused corporate work
• A collaborative approach and strong work ethic
