We are hiring for our client, a highly respected and fast-growing healthy food brand, who are seeking a passionate and commercially astute Brand Manager to join their dynamic team on a maternity cover contract ending October 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading brand activities across the UK, Ireland, and Italy.

This role is ideal for a driven marketing professional with a strong grasp of FMCG environments, a creative yet analytical mindset, and the confidence to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

The Role:


As Brand Manager, you will lead and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and support commercial growth across three key European markets. Responsibilities include:


• Developing and managing the brand advertising plan
• Coordinating all health partnership activities
• Managing PR initiatives and media outreach
• Overseeing agency relationships and delivering market-specific campaigns
• Collaborating with digital teams to drive integrated initiatives
• Monitoring marketing spend and ensuring alignment with budgets
• Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights

 

The Person:

• A business, commercial, or marketing qualification (degree level)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a brand management or marketing role (FMCG desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
• Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and asset management tools
