We are hiring for our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of healthy food products and ingredients. With a purpose rooted in enhancing people's health and wellbeing through sustainable nutrition, they are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join their award-winning team on a maternity cover contract (ending July 2026).

This exciting role involves leading a collaborative marketing team, driving forward the annual brand plan, and working cross-functionally across the business. The successful Marketing Manager will be passionate about delivering impactful campaigns, have a strong commercial understanding, and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The Role:

• Lead and implement the annual brand plan to budget and timeline
• Manage and support the marketing team, fostering performance and development
• Collaborate closely with Sales, NPD, and Ecommerce teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals
• Oversee budget management and strategic allocation
• Ensure creative asset development and brand consistency across all channels
• Represent the brand externally where appropriate, including occasional international travel

 

The Person:

• Degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year’s senior experience in a similar Marketing Manager role, ideally in FMCG
• Experience in Adobe software and asset management – desirable
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
