Professional Regulatory Solicitor

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Regulatory Solicitor to join a leading specialist legal team in Dublin. This is a fantastic role for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in regulatory, healthcare or litigation law to play a key part in complex fitness to practise cases and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare complaints for oral hearings before fitness to practise committees

• Take witness statements, brief experts and counsel, and attend oral hearings

• Draft legal documentation including notices of inquiry, summonses, and affidavits

• Manage disciplinary hearings and High Court confirmation applications

• Provide regulatory and advisory support to professional regulators

• Mentor and support junior legal staff within the team

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in professional regulatory, litigation or healthcare law

• Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills

• Proven case management experience and attention to detail

• A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to high standards
