Finance Lawyer – General Finance
Description:
We are hiring for our client, a top-tier international law firm, who are looking to strengthen their General Finance Group in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Lawyer with 1-4 years’ PQE to work on some of the largest, most complex, and high-value finance deals in the market.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of finance mandates, including corporate lending (with sustainability-linked facilities), leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, fund finance, direct lending, loan portfolio sales, and advising financial institutions and alternative lenders.

The Role:

Advise clients on corporate lending and sustainability-linked financing.

Support leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

Work on real estate and development finance deals.

Advise on fund finance arrangements and direct lending.

Handle loan portfolio sales and provide legal advice to financial institutions and alternative lenders.
The Person:

1-4 years’ PQE in finance law, ideally within a recognised law practice or in-house.

Ambitious, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
