Job Title: Production Control Coordinator
Reports To: Production Controller
Location: Co. Monaghan
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm
I am currently recruiting for a Production Control Coordinator on behalf of a respected manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities:

Support the management and maintenance of the process control system, ensuring it aligns with business goals and quality standards.

Assist in managing production scheduling systems to help measure performance and ensure goals are met.

Facilitate communication and process improvements across departments, including Engineering Change Orders and Production Change Requests.

Help with planning and scheduling tasks, including inputting data for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), forecast entries, and specification changes.

Share responsibility for inventory management and reporting alongside the Production Controller.

Engage with customers and suppliers, representing the company in global meetings and building strong relationships.

Prepare and share accurate data for weekly and monthly updates to keep teams informed.

Actively participate in 5S initiatives and steel audits to support operational excellence.

Take on a leadership-support role when required, including deputising for the Production Controller during key meetings.

Contribute to “clear to build” meetings with design, purchasing, and engineering teams.

Assist in Health & Safety administration in collaboration with the Senior HSE Advisor.
