The Role

  • Advise employer clients on a full range of employment matters, both contentious and advisory
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
  • Draft employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Deliver client training and support business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions

 

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with ideally 25 years' PQE in Employment Law
  • Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
  • Confident in client engagement and relationship building
