The Role
- Advise employer clients on a full range of employment matters, both contentious and advisory
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
- Draft employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Deliver client training and support business development initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with ideally 2–5 years' PQE in Employment Law
- Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Confident in client engagement and relationship building
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and desire to grow
