Hunter Savage is working with a growing law firm in London looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors to gain exposure to a wide range of real estate transactions, including real estate finance and secured lending matters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and advise on real estate finance and secured lending transactions.

  • Handle acquisitions, disposals, and development projects for high-net-worth clients.

  • Collaborate with a close-knit team, offering a great balance of client interaction and technical legal work.

  • Hybrid working model (flexible office/home split).

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate, with experience in asset management, sales/purchases, and real estate finance.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.

  • Team player with a proactive and business development-driven mindset.
