Corporate Solicitor

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions
• Support shareholder activism and corporate disputes
• Assist with corporate redomiciliations, schemes of arrangement and restructuring work
• Play a key role in multi-jurisdictional matters involving listed companies

The Person

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to PLC matters
• Qualification in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex workloads
• A team-first mindset and the drive to progress in a high-performing environment
