Description:
We are hiring for our client, a leading global law firm, seeking a Corporate Associate to join their growing team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE to engage in a variety of exciting and complex M&A transactions and advisory work, particularly within the technology and digital industries.
In this role, you will advise a diverse client base on the entire transaction cycle, from strategic planning and structuring to post-merger integration. You will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team, contributing to business development and building lasting client relationships both domestically and internationally.

The Role:

Advise on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, share/asset purchase agreements, equity fundraising, joint ventures, corporate governance, and more.

Lead due diligence, disclosure processes, and transaction management from start to finish.

Work closely with partners and associates in Dublin and across the firm’s global offices on cross-border projects.

Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Play a role in knowledge management, delivering training and contributing to publications.
The Person:

3-5 years' PQE in corporate law, particularly in M&A transactions.

Strong understanding of Irish corporate law and governance.

Experience with transaction documents, due diligence, and large-scale transactions.

A proactive approach to business development and building client relationships.

Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate within a global team.
