Corporate Associate Solicitor

Description:
We are hiring for our client, a leading global law firm, seeking a Corporate Associate to join their growing team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE to engage in a variety of exciting and complex M&A transactions and advisory work, particularly within the technology and digital industries.

In this role, you will advise a diverse client base on the entire transaction cycle, from strategic planning and structuring to post-merger integration. You will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team, contributing to business development and building lasting client relationships both domestically and internationally.

The Role:

• Advise on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, share/asset purchase agreements, equity fundraising, joint ventures, corporate governance, and more.

• Lead due diligence, disclosure processes, and transaction management from start to finish.

• Work closely with partners and associates in Dublin and across the firm’s global offices on cross-border projects.

• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

• Play a role in knowledge management, delivering training and contributing to publications.

The Person:

• 3-5 years' PQE in corporate law, particularly in M&A transactions.

• Strong understanding of Irish corporate law and governance.

• Experience with transaction documents, due diligence, and large-scale transactions.

• A proactive approach to business development and building client relationships.

• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate within a global team.

• Passion for technology and digital sectors.
