We are hiring for our client, a leading top law firm, who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their prestigious Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to work on high-quality real estate matters for a diverse range of clients, including institutional investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of complex and interesting real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing, and financing. The Role:

Handle complex real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.

Advise clients on planning and development matters, including commercial and residential property.

Draft and negotiate legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Collaborate closely with senior solicitors and clients to deliver practical and innovative legal solutions.

Support clients on a wide range of property-related disputes, providing expert advice where needed.
The Person:

2+ years’ PQE in real estate law, gained within a reputable firm or in-house.

Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions and property law.

Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
