We are hiring for our client, a leading top law firm, who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their prestigious Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to work on high-quality real estate matters for a diverse range of clients, including institutional investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of complex and interesting real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing, and financing. The Role:

• Handle complex real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.

• Advise clients on planning and development matters, including commercial and residential property.

• Draft and negotiate legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

• Collaborate closely with senior solicitors and clients to deliver practical and innovative legal solutions.

• Support clients on a wide range of property-related disputes, providing expert advice where needed.

The Person:

• 2+ years’ PQE in real estate law, gained within a reputable firm or in-house.

• Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions and property law.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A team player with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to client service.
