The Role:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for delivering expert insurance support across a variety of commercial products. Working closely with Account Managers and Agents, your duties will include:
- Managing renewals and placement of new business
- Day-to-day account handling and client liaison
- Overseeing your own book of commercial clients and conducting renewal reviews
- Identifying opportunities to protect client interests and enhance coverage
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive service approach
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable across digital platforms
