The Role:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Taking ownership of requests and aiming for first-call resolution
- Providing administrative support to the wider Customer Services Team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
The Person:
- Previous experience in a customer service/administrative position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
