Job Description
Hunter Savage are working with a very well known Irish law firm in Dublin 2 on their search for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This person will also help with the receptionist responsibilities in what is a really varied role, right at the centre of the firm.
You will be the “go to” person, working as a facilitator for the team and client base to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk – greeting visitors, answering directing calls, accepting deliveries
- Booking and arranging meeting rooms
- Sorting and distributing post (inbound and outbound)
- Procurement – office supplies, stationery, food/drink etc.
- New hire procedures and onboarding
- Liaison with external service providers in event of repairs, cleaning, waste management etc
- Additional ad hoc duties
