Due to operational demand, we are recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join a leader in the sustainable production of materials in Ashbourne, Meath! You will be joining working in the team to support all areas of logistics form planning to dispatch, transport and the broader supply chain.

- 5 days on site with 2 shift patterns

The Role:
- Review the daily load plan for accuracy and ensure it is error free to provide efficient error free loading by the dispatch team
- Support the dispatch team in managing stock transfer orders and receipting of materials when required.
- Provide and populate the daily KPI’s for the daily operations meeting and shift performance board meeting
- Participate and carry out safety, hygiene and housekeeping audits
- Communicate effectively to the internal sales team regarding any deviations to the agreed load plans.
The Person:
- strong SAP experience
- great attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff across all levels and departments
