Hunter Savage is hiring for a temporary Customer Services Administrator based in the Dunmurry area for a 3 month contract, starting immediately.

The Role:
- Communicating with customers providing updates on orders and changes
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone and email
- Process orders, shipments, and returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and stock management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide administrative support to the customer service and logistics departments
- Assist with tracking and monitoring shipments and deliveries
The Person:
- Previous experience in a customer service/administrative position- ideally within logistics, shipping, or a related industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Knowledge or international trade requirements and shipping regulations is desirable but not necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
