Hunter Savage is hiring for a temporary Customer Services Administrator based in the Dunmurry area for a 3 month contract, starting immediately.

The Role:

  • Communicating with customers providing updates on orders and changes
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone and email
  • Process orders, shipments, and returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and stock management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service and logistics departments
  • Assist with tracking and monitoring shipments and deliveries

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/administrative position- ideally within logistics, shipping, or a related industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge or international trade requirements and shipping regulations is desirable but not necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
