Description
We are hiring for our client, a leading environmental engineering company specialising in water purification, water recycling, power conservation, and distribution solutions. They provide critical infrastructure services worldwide, ensuring the effective delivery of essential projects.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong project management experience to take on a leadership role in a growing organisation. While experience in the water/civil sector is desirable, it is not essential.

The Role:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all assigned projects
- Ensure all projects align with the company’s Project Management framework, including Health & Safety standards
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, proactively addressing any deviations
- Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and liaise with stakeholders as needed
- Oversee resource allocation to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Monitor and control project costs, taking corrective action when necessary
- Provide regular internal and external communication to ensure transparency on project progress
- Handle project-related risks, scope changes, and contingencies
- Continuously improve processes and quality to enhance customer satisfaction
The Person:
- A degree or equivalent experience (Water/Civil Engineering background desirable but not essential)
- Experience in a project management role, delivering large and complex projects
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to manage project budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organisational skills, able to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software
