Due to continued growth, we are hiring for our client – a well known and highly reputable FMCG manufacturer in the Craigavon area – to appoint a dedicated Day Shift Maintenance Engineer. In this role, the Day Shift Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that production machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard during dayshift hours (Monday to Friday), contributing to uninterrupted production and a safe working environment.

The Role:
· Oversee routine and preventative maintenance of production equipment
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults
· Ensure minimal downtime by promptly addressing maintenance issues
· Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance
The Person:
· Holds a third level Engineering qualification
· Completed a time-served engineering apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline
· Has demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG/food manufacturing
· Possesses a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
