Our impressive, market leading Client in County Tyrone, is keen to appoint an experienced HR Manager. This is a permanent HR Manager job, dedicated to working with senior management to shape workforce strategy, enhance the HR function and lead a team of 12 HR professionals in providing a top class HR service that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and delivers impact and results.
The successful HR Manager will have full responsibility for HR strategy development as well as the day to day operational HR service delivery. Impressive leadership and a drive for HR excellence are key attributes, along with energy, passion and technical confidence.
The Role
- Collaborate with the Senior Management team on workforce strategy, including staffing and succession planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives
- Oversee the management of HR data and produce insightful reports
- Facilitate coaching and development for managers, improving leadership skills
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues
- Manage all aspects of recruitment and staff pay and benefits
- Support training and development initiatives for staff and the HR team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
The Person
- Relevant 3rd level qualification
- CIPD qualified
- Extensive HR management experience in a similar, fast paced, production led environment
- Previous HR team management, essential
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
