The Role
As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably within the food/FMCG sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
