We represent a corporate firm located in Dublin seeking a Legal Executive to join their Banking Dept in what is an integral role within the organisation. This will be a varied role supporting 2 Partners in the Banking team within a renowned practice where you will get high quality, hands on experience.

This role supports a great team that provides advice to clients on all facets of Banking law, lending, M&A, corporate restructuring etc

• Administration of files, booklets, documents, contracts etc.

• Research and due diligence

• Assist fee earners with high quality support work

• Multi-channel liaison - clients, financial institutions, solicitors etc

• Additional ad hoc work related to the specific file in process

 

 

• At least 2 years Legal Practice experience as a Paralegal or Legal Executive

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Attention to detail

• Can work in a fast paced, growth environment

• Ability to manage your own workload
