Our Client, a well established, successful employer in County Down/North Down, wishes to recruit a Part Time Internal Recruiter.  This is a new, permanent Part Time Recruitment job, and an exciting opportunity to manage high volume and niche recruitment campaigns and induct new talent into this fast paced business. 

The successful Part Time Recruiter will enjoy full autonomy in driving recruitment processes, engaging with internal stakeholders and liaising with external agencies.

Working closely with the leadership team, the Part Time Recruiter will play a key role in providing support and guidance on all recruitment related issues and queries.

Our Client is flexible regarding hours of work and work pattern. 

Experience in a production led environment would be advantageous

The Role

• Manage the full end to end recruitment campaigns – high volume, niche and Senior level roles
• Act as the key point of contact for recruitment activities for candidates and managers
• Update and maintain job boards and coordinate with recruitment agencies
• Be proactive and creative with talent attraction methods and provide effective recruitment solutions
• Conduct screening with candidates and arrange interviews
• Schedule and participate in interviews, ensure offers and regrets are sent out in a timely manner
• Coordinate induction schedules and assist with the set up and onboarding of employees
• Support recruitment administration regarding NI legislation and best practice
• Ensure the collation and completion of monitoring information

The Person

• Experience in managing end to end recruitment processes
• Experience in a fast paced, production led environment
• Confident in using MS Office systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload
